Monsoon brings out all the moisture loving plants and the Impatiens which are the beautiful group of flowering plants come out in full bloom in this season. There are about 76 species of Impatiens which are endemic to the Western Ghats.

    Have seen some of the similar ones! And many of them bloom in pink! You have captured the tone very well, Kalyan. Exactly where is the location for this particular photograph/plant?

    Congrats on your new d3.quite a monsoon mood setter.By the way i have recently come across a site which displays all your recent shots some you haven’t put for public display,would like to know if you have contributed or was that copyright infringement.Due to reasons I am not displaying the link here,left an off-line mssg on your Y messenger ,but from the comments looks like you have got a lot of Russians appreciating your work.     Great velvia like colors kalyan. Nice monsoon feel. I doubt if d300 or d200 will be able to match up to this color rendition.
