2008

Once every few years, I think everyone needs to reboot their lives. The last time it happened to me was in 1998 when I was still in college and looks like the next one was in 2008.

Last year has been one big roller-coaster ride on all fronts : Career, work, finances, friends, family and most of all people who are really close to you. This was the year when I had to step back and re-look at everything. Everything that I did, everything that I was doing and most of all, all the things that I want to do, have to do in the future as well as the consequences that will have on me and people around me. Is this what they call mid-life/quarter-life crisis ?

Anyway I have come out of it and I am very sure 2009 will be a great year to look forward to. And as for the recession, well, I’m actually looking forward to it.

You dont look old enough to have any kind of crisis. Just chill, and have fun. You will be alright. *Hugs*

It just happens in everyone’s life.. The way we take it decides our future. I don’t think it has much affected you. I didn’t saw much of updates and activities from you in 2008. As with Saying “Everything will happen for Good”. Have a Wonderful and Great Year ahead.

    Looking forward to the Recession?

Hmmm, lost jobs, livelihoods, and savings? I think you’re in the minority looking forward to the recession.

You are just way too old for quarter-life crisis 😛

As long as you get to kepe your sanity after reboots, all is good.

Well, in my book, you’ve achieved a lot, and not just professionally. Life doesn’t always go the way you want it to, or think it will…adapting and making the most of it is sometimes difficult, but always rewarding in terms of happiness and peace of mind.

Can’t believe that I wrote such philosophical crap! Have a great year ahead! Looking forward to seeing your documentary in Bangalore.

And thank you for the camera trap lesson. 🙂

You, along with Gaurav(vaz), are the 2 people I know who have found & followed their passion and from what I know you have been very successful at it.

Most of us are part of the unfortunate lot who either can’t find their passions or the courage to follow it, and are stuck in a rat race.

I hope you succeed & succeed stupendously at everything you take on.
