Wildlife Photography

Today I met two hard-core wildlife photographer’s, M.N JaiKumar and T.N.A. Perumal. T.N.A Perumal is the best wildlife photographer in India and his work spans over 40 years. Very simple down to earth guy and he had great advice to give. He also started shooting using the Nikon D70. He was kind enough to invite me on an expedition that he is doing this week to study flora and fauna near Hampi. Will have to see, as this could mean the end of my weekend vacation plans.

Anyway now I am considering serious wildlife photography and prob will be doing couple of trips to various forests in south karnataka in the next couple of months. And did I mention I am going on a mini-vacation this weekend to kabini forests 😀

That is a golden oppurtunity. Don’t waste it. Hampi, first of all, is beautiful. And the advice of a master is not something you will get often.

this week to study flora and fauna near Hampi.

BE WARNED!!! Most of the Fauna in Hampi will be white, homosapien bulls and cows desperately seeking tripping alternates to goa in the sub-continent. I gather they will be smoking most of the Flora there as well.

    Ciao

Had a look at the pics. Especially liked ‘dead trees’,’kabini lake’, ‘two stupid sheep’ (which i think should be titled two cute sheep 🙂 and the ‘yellow flowers’.

    Re: Kabini trip…

I had to chase the sheeps for 30 min before I could catch them.. and hence the name 😉

Personally am not too happy with the pics.. but hopefully next time it will be better.
