Still Disabled
Its been exactly a month since I’ve had the fall and I am still limping around. I felt better after the bed rest and the doc suggested I was all good to go. After 2 – 3 days of walking around it got worse. Went through MRI scan and then the doc confirms that its an injury to the bone.
Luckily its not a fracture ( and that means no operations required ). However the only cure is loads and loads of rest ( something that’s hard to get ). Currently going to physiotherapy everyday and walk around with a knee cap. My knee should be back in action in another months time (long ain’t it ?).

PS: One month is long ! :((
I always suspected this, but the MRI scan confirms it – you don’t have a brain in your knee either!
If it ain’t in your head, and ain’t in your knee, then where is it? Or is it there at all?

Re: How did u have that fall
I guess this is about Enrique in Bangalore.
who says you need a brain these days..?
hey how abt a CT scan? Mr doest say much about bone..
Get well soon kallu…
Are you sure ? Actually the reason I got the MRI done was to make sure all my muscle was intact without any tears
a ct (computer aided tomagraphy) or even a plain old x-ray will rule out any thing, the MRI scan you have looks like a t1- weighted image, where in the bone is dark. i am pretty sure you havent broken anything, as you would’ve been in a lot fo pain, but no harm in knowing
can you procure your MRI data from the hospital in digital form? i could do some 3d volume rendering and you could have a 3d volume rendered image of your knee..isnt that cool
if you get the data, usually it will be a series of images, they’ll not fit on a floppy
wel…ahem
hey kallu, are u pregnant? the MRI looks like that of ur stomach
get well soon, anyway 🙂
