Trip back home

I was suppose to have left back for home this weekend. But looks like It ain’t happening. First, there is no travel policy for a while in the company.. but somehow managed to convince them that I need to get back. As soon as I resolve that issues, the SARS virus breaks out. That’s means no flight via HK and SG, and I just cant seem to get any tickets from the other side

I’m also kickin myself for missing the Rolling stones concert, which is scheduled this weekend, and also the party at achitnis‘s place.

I should know my status tonight///

    Try these routes:
    1. American Airlines from San Francisco to New York or Newark and again to London, British Airways to Bombay (I did this when tickets via the Pacific were not available).
    2. United Airlines San Francisco to Chicago, Chicago to Frankfurt, and Lufthansa Frankfurt to Bombay or Bangalore.

He works for a cheap dot com 😉

Didn’t you see that they tried to route him via HK? That wasn’t because of Hindi-Chini bhai-bhai – that was because it *MUCH* cheaper.

I don’t think Kallu is coming back any time soon! Not as long as the cattle transport flights (bring your own food, 3 people to a seat) aren’t flying. 😉

    SARS is nuthin much

Only a 5% fatality rate, hardly a serious disease.
Only 50 people dead so far,
A very small number if you look at the number of people
    potentially exposed.

25 people die everyday in india from malaria alone.

The figures for TB are probably comparable.
People here have simply stopped caring.
If you want to avoid disease stay in california ;-).

    The statistics are calculated from
