Monday suckness
I should never try to fix my sleeping cycle.
Last night I slept at 12 and thought I’d start my monday early by reaching work before lunch etc. Got up at 10 this morning and I’ve been feeling feverish and drowsy ( feels like I’ve slept only few hours ) since then. Got ready and was about to put on my socks on and I just crashed into the sofa and went of to sleep. Now its close to 2 and am still feeling too sick to get to work.
With monday starting out like this, Its going to be a crazy week.
People not used to sleeping more than 8 hours shouldn’t try 🙂 Every time I try to cover up for lost sleep, I end up getting up with a headache, body ache, and feeling lethargic.
My day starts at 2! w00t!
if u sleep at 12..try to get up by 7-7:30 max..and you will feel fine..at least that’s what works for me..later than that..and u feel as you did today:)..
its not all that bad…
