Scarlet Minivets are one of the most colourful and
small canopy birds in
Karnataka. This bird is usually seen in small flocks along with other
birds in a mixed species flock. A flock of minivets usually consists of a few females which are bright yellow in colour and one to two males that are
scarlet red.
