For those of you who dont know what rtns is.. Its the machine where I tried Linux for the 1st time. Its the machine which served as the router+DNS for pes.edu for 3 years Its the machine that was running Slack 96 (kernel 2.0.34) no issues what so ever Its the machine which took infinite power failures but still came back up peacefully running Its the machine which made me and sush (khorgath) shift to linux completely. Its RTNS Even in the 2.4.x days, it still rulez.

The BLUG meet went amazingly well last night. manusb‘s talk went off really well. So did my talk ( expect for all kinda _irritating_ questions from jace, and also him pointing out the typos in my presentation). The highlight of manu’s talk was the part when he finds this stick and picks it up and says ‘ Now I am gonna use the stick”. ( to explain his presentation ). As usual the food after the meet was amazing. Came back to office, to drop off the box with noelladsa. After that we decided to go to candle light dinner…

So its been 2 weeks since I’ve last posted. I was forced to stay away from LJ coz of imp work. Later, I just did not find anything to post on LJ. So anyway I am back this time. Work has gotten kinda boring this week. The most amazing thing at office these days is the TT matches between me and Sush (khorgath). Its not a game anymore.. its all about revenge, anger and thrill. noelladsa‘s lab exams ended today. Met up with her in the morning after her exam. After that had been to Orange County for lunch. Nice place, though the prices are kinda steep. This guy who was playing music there ( forgot his name ), came over to our table and dedicated the song ‘Something Stupid’ by Frank & Nancy Sinatra. Was really nice, though I’ve only seen this kinda stuff in movies. Have to admit , I felt sad for the guy. I mean he just stands at one corner and plays all day ( no stage ). I think…

What a day its been so far. Its been cloudy and raining every 5 min here. I managed to meet her, in this lovely weather today. Just felt great… Am feeling really good and happy now. Wish I could have spent the whole day with her though

Its 4 am and I still aint getting sleep. I was planning to get up kinda early and meet up someone… not I dont think I can 🙁 Life seems to have returned to normal this week. Been able to get back home for dinner.

Been to my college Alumini meet today. Well , what can I say other then the fact that I went on stage and said “All teachers in this college SUCK”. I was infact was saying that in context with something else.. but thats when the audiosystem died. So thats all people heard from my mouth. Was waiting for mrinal to perform. But could not coz of time constrains. Anyways mrinal thanks a lot for the cd. I owe you one.
