Got the much needed Break / Vacation today. Am relaxed, stress- free, happy and cant wait to get back to work. I have the feeling of.. so called ‘one with self’ thingy. random blah : – Night life sucks in bangalore. Each and everything closes by midnight. – glenn : if you are reading this , stop corrupting my site+blog logs. – Formula 1 weekend, sometime to keep me busy on sunday.
If you have few PC’s and have few more Monitors, then you *must* setup this one.
Google Dance happened this week (They have updated their Index, along with updating the shitty page ranking). I donno why google wants to shoot itself on the foot. The already screwed up page ranking system, just got worse and the results are totally meaning less. For example, – Search for search engine and Google itself is ranked 5th. – A week ago if you had searched for linux fundamental, the link to my site would have been the top link, which right now is not even there in the google index. how the heck can they remove a link completely…
Finally a ‘non-boring’ weekend. Went to check out this new hangout called Spin on friday. It was jam packed coz of some fashion show, and honestly it did not live up to the hype. Was surprised to see and there ( who were tough to find, considering all the chicks that were surrounding them). Yesterday was ‘s Birthday bash. After making a small pit stop at Alliance Francaise to attend the world music day celebrations, headed to khader’s place. Party really rocked thanks to shanu ( pinky? ), and who can forget the yummy pizza’s. And khader+mona thanks for letting…
This one if the most closest , decent , accurate theory I’ve come across so far. and ofcourse a nice trailer(high resolution) of Matrix : Revolutions
This is one my FreeBSD auth server doing 15,000 requests/day with mysql+apache+xml-rpc ( notice the load on the server 😉 hostname 05:43:18 ~ $ uptime 5:43AM up 501 days, 16:01, 3 users, load averages: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00
From the latest issue of Crypto-Gram Seattle police needed a DNA sample from a suspect. So they mailed him a letter, and tricked him into mailing a reply back in an envelope he licked. There was enough DNA there to link him to the crime. http://www.cnn.com/2003/LAW/05/21/old.murder.ap/index.html
Today’s race rocked. Loads of incidents thought the race. Kimi is really a world class driver. Coz of his goof up yesterday, he started last, came upto 5th position, then his type blew, got back at the end and managed to finish at 6th place towards the end. ravi, did you manage to catch it ? And when was the last time we saw all the 1st 4 cars together at the checkered flag 🙂
I finally caught the movie on the big screen yesterday ( after watching it twice on a crappy VCD) . Thanks to rashmiprasad, I managed to get tickets for the 1st day. The more I see the movie, the more I seem to like it. Though the 1st half of the movie, could have been better, the story line is just brilliant and it almost lives up to the first part. I just cant wait to see Revolutions. One thing I really like about the movie is its relation to Geekdom and Religion. I know religion is a sensitive topic…
