Just back from Styx. That place rulez. Bumped into the LJ gang there. mrinal and manusb ( This world sure is a small place ). Great Music ( they played my fav bands). Today Kryptos were performing there. They were simply amazing. Apperently Mrinal’s band Cryptic will be playing soon at Styx too.

Looks like my car is not able to take the heat in bangalore too. Today ( 3 days after I paid 8k to fix it ) while coming to work, the engine got overheated again. Now it decides to give up right at the residency road, Brigade road intersection. if anyone was there around 1pm today, the traffic jam was coz of me ;). pushed it to near by garage and got it fixed for now. Turned out to be a electrical problem. Was really amazed by how much people help you, when you are stuck in these situations. I…

Finally got my car back today. It has been in bad shape, with AC broken and generally needed a good service. Though the service was amazing, it costed me close to 8000 bucks. I miss my bike .. was never so expensive.

These power cuts are taking the toll on me. Slept at 4 today morning. The f****** power goes off at 6. And ofcourse I could not get sleep after that. Now I am half sleepy at work ZZzzz …….

Finally made it to the linux meet after almost 2 months. The food at the meets never disappoints me 😉 Caught up with the usual gang there. jace was showing me some cool hacks with his Palm V and his phone with IR. Man now I really wanna have one of those baby’s. I mean come on.. its got ssh,LJ clients, games, and other cool apps. The offline browsers are cool, and reading on the palm actually is very pleasant unlike PC. I should seriously consider getting one of these. Need to look at other ones like ipaq, handspring and…

Finally watch the much talked ‘ A Beautiful Mind’. It was a great movie with excellent performance with Russell Crowe and Jennifer Connelly. She truly deserved the best supporting actress award. Even though the movie is great, dont think it deserved an oscar. Had great food at Java city after that. A lovely place to hang out. Came to work only at 5pm 😉 today promises to be a long night….

Been a while since I have updated LJ. Well to start with, I had a great weekend. (btw my definition of great weekend = staying on bed all day and watching TV ;). yesterday was whole lot of fun. Had one of those, Team building programs at office. I though it would be one of those boring stuff, but turned out to be great fun. Its was mostly games throughout the day. Met up with so many people today.. whom I havent met in months. Finally met up with fus, who had come down to pick up a cd from khorgath (who forgot to get it btw ;).
