Meeting are ^evil^
They take up all your time and nothing useful ever come out of it. Spent all my morning in meetings and I cant think of anything useful out of them. Every thing in the meeting could have been done with exchange of e-mail. Fine sometimes when you need to design things.. it is better.. but other then that.. they are pretty useless.
Gala Weekend
Saturday : One of my friend here, Elliot called me over to his place. So I head there.. and then he says we should check out the ocean. So we go in his convertible and man o man what a ride it was. He drove though the red woods here.. and it was the best ride of my life. Soon we reached the ocean and hit the famous California 1 highway. From there we drove south towards santa cruz. While getting there.. the drive was simple superb. Ocean on one side and mountains on the other end. And to top…
Spring Break ?
Looks like everyone I know from college days and who are doing there masters in USA, are heading to miami for the spring break next week. This is the 1st time I’ve heard about spring break, and from what I hear.. it sounds like a mega huge orgy… atleast thats what’s being shown on MTV right now.

Today I’ve been given some tasks list , which I’ll be working on for the next couple of months. Also I’ve been working / writing some stuff for the last 2 days. Now here’s the part that gets interesting… I’m not suppose to show / talk about my work with anyone else. I mean *nobody*, which to my surprise includes my reporting manager. this gives me some _evil_ ideas 😉 I mean think about the possibilities … I could just say “Confidential” each time someone asks me what I’m going , and get away with it.
Monday Blues
Back in bangalore, monday’s are pretty easy and almost are extended weekends ( taking advantage of the fact that, the monday here in US does not start till monday night in India ). Being here on a monday sucks. Tons of piled up work and overall a slow moving day. Managed to get a laptop from office here though.. and luckly its an IBM thinkpad. Tons and tons of work to be done, and so little time. I might have to extend my trip by a week or two. Just in case I forget, a huge mega thanks to bhatta…
