Blessed are the patients. Last week, due to the holiday, meant that we didn’t have the highlights of the week here in your MNS. It must have been hard to live for seven days without hand-picked news to get to know. But the wait is over. Check out the list of what’s most amazing arrived at the newsroom.

Highlight of the highlights – Oruã

What a delicious twist comes from RJ with the music gross essence, do Oruã. Imagine your body being thrown into a huge dough mixer. The one, whose paddles slowly move your being in a circular pan, mixing it with a stubborn guitar, an incredible keyboard and perfect drums.

new classic disc

Is it possible to make classic disco music with the look of a new hit? Silver Twins Of Funk (with help from Jenny Silver) proves yes. It has everything you would expect from a Diana Ross cookie. Palms, desperate soul vocals, a hell of a groove and, in the case of DTF (Down to Funk, Are You?), stoned synthesizers and guitar solos. Ah! And they are Scandinavian.

Alligator in fashion

This sensational composition of Duane, Braga e Friends with the participation of Cris, call Alligator, unites several Rio de Janeiro elements in an intriguing amalgam. It has the nonsense and contagious humor of Jorge Ben, a funky composition, pop and sophisticated at the same time. Weird. Too good. Don’t fuck with Alligator!

Maringo

rocket tail, do Charme Chulo, it is difficult to decipher. It combines beats from the north of the country with a half-vanerão accent, as the staff is from Maringá, which results in a kind of tacky, half-dancing, good-humored thing, which from here on we’ll call it maringo. The band mentions rural rock influences from Sá, Rodrix & Guarabira, but here, the flavor has tones of Graforréia Xilarmônica, greetings from the state of Rio Grande do Sul.

Rock fuzz existencial

A delightful surprise to watch the new video for Adriana Vieira for the music should sell. Sublime production (which is from the Marcelo Callado) for an exquisite song, one that arouses a giant desire to see it live. Seventy rocker groove, an unexpected melody in the voice and a party vibe, reminiscent of Of Melo. Wow!

Something magic

Cidrais and Gerry G

The song Entre, by the brothers cider with Gerri G. it has something of a mantra. It’s a mess in here. The 4×4 beats, the percussion sparkles and the way it’s sung, in addition to the majestic lyrics repeated throughout the song take you from one place to another. A better place.

Piracicaba Indie Psychedelia

gray room

Gray Room – photo: disclosure

The city of São Paulo, Piracicaba, has long been known as a source of modernity, since the days of the Killing Chainsaw bana. That’s where the Locomotiva festival took place, one of the most interesting in the country for indie rock fans. And it is precisely from within this festival-producing nucleus that the band Sala Cinza comes out. The sound has the face of Locomotiva, which has now also become a record label. Making Piracicaba great again!

A scary comedian’s death story he published just a week before his death has come to light.

Police have confirmed that 21-year-old Derrion “Dmuney” Childs died in Memphis, Tennessee on November 23 after responding to a shooting.

The future star was killed after joking about the tragic death of rapper Young Dolph, which occurred earlier this month.

In an article just a day after Dolph passed away, Childs said, “If the news doesn’t publish me as a Memphis legend when I die, then they HATEDDDDD,” he wrote, accompanied by an emoji. heart-shaped.

Shortly after the news of Dolph’s death on the internet, Derrion ‘DMuney’ Childs wrote on Facebook: “MANEEEE THEM FOLKS JUST KILLED YOUNG DOLPH I LOVE MEMPHIS CUH WE SO GANGSTA,” with laughing emojis.

“MANE CUHH SI YEEN DE MEMPHIS OR SI YEEN THE POLICE JUST LEAVE TRYNA TO SOLVE THE MURDER OF YOUNG DOLPH,” he continued.

“THESE PEOPLE DID COME AND CLOSE MY GMA. “

Cops found three victims as they responded to a shooting on November 23.

Childs was killed, while a woman sustained non-critical injuries and a man was unharmed, cops said.

No information has yet been given on the suspects and no arrests have been made, police told The Sun. The investigation is still ongoing.

The comic had more than 16,000 followers on Instagram.

One woman, who claims to be a comic book friend, wrote on Facebook: “Damn it hurts like a mf, mate… damn mane damn I’m hurt… I’m speechless, it’s fucked up🥺😪 😩 Derrion Dmuney Childs rest in love and peace baby😭. “

Another woman who claims to be Childs’ cousin wrote: “I just heard my little cuz was killed this morning when was this madness over. Keep my family in your prayer. Derrion Dmuney Childs RIHCuzz. “

Dolph, real name Adolph Robert Thornton Jr, 36, was shot dead at Makeda’s Cookies in Tennessee on November 17.

Maurice Hill, the owner of the store where the shooting took place, told FOX13 his employees said Dolph entered the store to buy cookies.

The owner then claimed someone drove up and shot the rapper at around 1 p.m. He also told WREG that the star was hit while shopping for cookies.

ARMED MEN ALLEGED IN THE PHOTO

Police released photos of the suspected gunmen showing two suspects wearing face masks and gray sweatpants, as well as dark hoodies.

One of the men wore a hat, while the other had his hood up.

Both men also hold weapons – one appearing to be a pistol and the other a Draco AK-47.

Eagle-eyed fans spotted the front of Young Dolph’s car behind the two.

Footage obtained exclusively by The Sun appears to show Dolph’s arm hanging from one of the store’s smashed windows.

The source, who wishes to remain anonymous and first shared the 44-second footage on Twitter, said the video was taken moments before the rapper’s body was removed from the scene.

The video, originally recorded via Facebook Live, has racked up more than 60,000 views on Twitter.

“Oh my God, they say Dolph is dead. They say Dolph is dead, ”the person behind the camera is heard as the video zooms in slightly to show the arm.

“I was standing right here just seeing this shit. “

Moments later, the police are seen urging onlookers to back off.

The camera then zooms in to where the arm was seen hanging out of the window, only to show that authorities had moved it.

«JE [have] never seen any shit like that. Oh my God. … They said it was Dolph, ”says the speaker before the end of the music video.

“50 shots”

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, the anonymous witness said he heard “about 50 gunshots” while at the Shell gas station across the street.

“I was across the street just before the cops, and the news came, and the screen recorded live video of Young Dolph’s arm hanging from the window,” the witness said.

Meanwhile, an Airway Inn employee, who wished not to be identified, told the Sun exclusively that they were cleaning rooms in a motel opposite the crime scene when they heard the gunshots.

“All I heard was gunshots. We cleaned the rooms and locked ourselves inside, ”he said.

Dolph was linked to the late rapper Juice WRLD, who died from an accidental overdose.

What if we could travel at the speed of light? We’re still a long way off, but tech used in spacecraft could one day let us travel from New York to Los Angeles in just one second.

Light is the fastest thing that exists. It travels at 186,000 miles per second. As such, it can travel from the Earth to the Moon in just over a second. Creating vehicles that reach the speed of light isn’t going to happen anytime soon. There are just too many variables to nail down. However, the tech that we use in spacecraft could let us harness a small percentage of that speed. That could be enough to change how we travel altogether.

Harnessing the speed of light for travel

Traveling at a percentage of something might not sound like much. However, even at just one percent of the speed of light, we’d be able to travel close to seven million miles per hour. That means it would take a little over a second to travel from New York to Los Angeles. That’s roughly 10,000 times faster than traveling on a commercial jet.

Of course, harnessing that power isn’t going to be easy. While scientists are working on things like warp drives the tech we already use in spacecraft could give us a chance to achieve faster speeds.

In 2010, we started using things called solar sails on some spacecraft. The idea behind solar sails is to capture the power of light from the sun and use it similar to how normal sails use wind. There’s a lot of complex math behind the tech, but if we were able to transition it to more commercial transports, we could have a breakthrough in how we travel.

Solar sails are essentially just thin sheets of plastic that attach to the vehicle. They use the sunlight they capture to push them forward, and some scientists believe they could one day propel spacecraft to 10 percent the speed of light.

The problem with traveling as fast as light

We already have the tech, so why aren’t we using it? Well, it’s not quite that simple. Energy is a big factor in moving quickly. Any object that’s moving has energy due to that motion. This is called kinetic energy, and to go faster, you’re going to need a lot of kinetic energy. The problem, though, is it takes a lot of kinetic energy to increase the speed of an object.

Making something go twice as fast requires four times the energy. Increasing the speed of something times three requires nine times the energy, and so on down the line. According to The Conversation, it would take roughly 200 trillion Joules to make a teenager who weighs 110 pounds travel at one percent the speed of light. That’s roughly the same amount of energy that 2 million people living in the United States use every day. If we want to travel at those insane speeds, we’re going to need to find new ways to create kinetic energy. Burning rocket fuel, like that used to send shuttles to space, just isn’t going to cut it.

So far, we haven’t even managed to reach one percent of the speed of light. In fact, the closest we’ve come is NASA’s Parker Solar Probe. In 2018, NASA launched the probe from the Earth. After launch, it skimmed the surface of the Sun and used its gravity to reach 330,000 mph. That’s still only 0.5 percent of the speed of light.

Secondo l’Unwto Travel Restrictions Report, 46 destinations (21% of all destinations worldwide) currently have their borders completely closed to the tourists. Of these, 26 destinations have their borders completely closed since at least the end of April 2020. Another 55 (25% of all global destinations) continue to have their borders partially closed to international tourism and 112 destinations (52% of all destinations) require international tourists to present a PCR or antigen test on arrival.

The research also shows how destinations are opening up to vaccinated international tourists: 85 destinations (39% of all destinations in the world) have relaxed restrictions for fully vaccinated international tourists, while 20 destinations (9% of all world destinations) they did a full Covid- 19 compulsory vaccination for entry to a destination for tourism purposes. However, only four destinations have so far completely lifted all restrictions related to Covid-19 (Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic and Mexico).

UNWTO Secretary General Zurab Pololikashvili says: «The relaxation or safe removal of travel restrictions is essential for the restart of tourism and the return of the social and economic benefits that the sector offers. The trend towards destinations adopting evidence-based approaches to restrictions reflects the evolving nature of the pandemic and will also help restore confidence in travel, while helping to keep both tourists and tourism workers safe.

As in previous editions of the Unwto Travel Restrictions Report, this latest report shows that regional differences remain regarding travel restrictions. Asia and the Pacific remain the region with the most restrictions in place, with 65% of all destinations completely closed. By comparison, Europe is the global region most open to international tourists (7% of borders completely closed), followed by Africa (9%), the Americas (10%) and the Middle East (15%).

The ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic further underline the importance of national authorities ensuring that immigration procedures and requirements are delivered in a timely, reliable and consistent manner across all information systems and platforms, to maintain trust and further facilitate international mobility.

The singer-songwriter Leftovers launch the single Out of time per Visory Records. The song is about an unforgettable love, which continues to live even after it is finished. It is a feeling that one cannot forget, even though it is bitter, sadistic or even painful. In short, it is a bond that has no time and lives – in fact – out of time.

The track, already available in store digital, has deep pop roots. The sound, however, is characterized by the presence of a biting electric guitar. Out of time combines acoustic and synth-pop sounds, as it is in the style of Lorenzo Avanzi.

The song has a songwriter component, which is in tune with a current indie tradition. At the same time, however, it winks at the pop of the nineties. The songs of Leftovers they are a mix of nostalgia and irony, supported by a harmonic structure and poignant lyrics. His songs are nothing more than true stories told through words in which it is impossible not to find yourself.

Out of time, the text

You’re there too tonight
I don’t ask you why
I have, like, a panic attack
I gave my heart to the mechanic

After you have used it yourself
Yes, I’m not short of breath, no
Remember the kiss under your house
Always do the same effect

It will be that they are the same
Maybe you know it too
Above yesterday but it’s already two years
I know you see me but you don’t look at me

I’ll re-read the last message myself
Best friend of discomfort

And even tonight I fall back
I know I’m a mess
Which I look for in the others
But they don’t have a shit about you
Nobody laughs like you, like you don’t
Nobody is as stupid as me, like me

And we did it again, you know we’re a mess
We got hurt, hurt like Vasco
And you stay my home
Even if your name is gone on the intercom

Maybe one day I will stop looking for you
Inside the breaths of the others eh
I will forget those years that we knew enough
And that I don’t know how to go on anymore

You deserved Paris at night in silence
You deserved my best but I did my worst yes
Now you know

We are out of time over this slow
I look at your side of the bed as I die inside
How much did you love me to me, you to me
And what harm have I done to you

And even tonight I fall back
I know I’m a mess
I look for you in the others
But they don’t have a shit about you
Nobody laughs like you, like you don’t
Nobody is as stupid as me, like me

You and I did it again, you know we’re a mess
We got hurt, hurt like Vasco
And you stay my home
Even if your name is gone on the intercom

You wanted me to take you to the moon
But if you break the broken mirror you are bad luck
Just bad luck, but what bad luck

I would kiss you on this last piece again
Let’s pretend again, pretend the apartment isn’t burning down
While I die inside

And even tonight I fall back on it
I know I’m a mess
But you know nobody is like you, like you are not
And I just wanted you, only you

You and I did it again, you know we’re a mess
It’s just that we are hurt, hurt like Vasco

The singer-songwriter Leftovers launch the single Out of time per Visory Records. The song is about an unforgettable love, which continues to live even after it is finished. It is a feeling that one cannot forget, even though it is bitter, sadistic or even painful. In short, it is a bond that has no time and lives – in fact – out of time.

The track, already available in store digital, has deep pop roots. The sound, however, is characterized by the presence of a biting electric guitar. Out of time combines acoustic and synth-pop sounds, as it is in the style of Lorenzo Avanzi.

The song has a songwriter component, which is in tune with a current indie tradition. At the same time, however, it winks at the pop of the nineties. The songs of Leftovers they are a mix of nostalgia and irony, supported by a harmonic structure and poignant lyrics. His songs are nothing more than true stories told through words in which it is impossible not to find yourself.

Out of time, the text

You’re there too tonight
I don’t ask you why
I have, like, a panic attack
I gave my heart to the mechanic

After you have used it yourself
Yes, I’m not short of breath, no
Remember the kiss under your house
Always do the same effect

It will be that they are the same
Maybe you know it too
Above yesterday but it’s already two years
I know you see me but you don’t look at me

I’ll re-read the last message myself
Best friend of discomfort

And even tonight I fall back
I know I’m a mess
Which I look for in the others
But they don’t have a shit about you
Nobody laughs like you, like you don’t
Nobody is as stupid as me, like me

And we did it again, you know we’re a mess
We got hurt, hurt like Vasco
And you stay my home
Even if your name is gone on the intercom

Maybe one day I will stop looking for you
Inside the breaths of the others eh
I will forget those years that we knew enough
And that I don’t know how to go on anymore

You deserved Paris at night in silence
You deserved my best but I did my worst yes
Now you know

We are out of time over this slow
I look at your side of the bed as I die inside
How much did you love me to me, you to me
And what harm have I done to you

And even tonight I fall back
I know I’m a mess
I look for you in the others
But they don’t have a shit about you
Nobody laughs like you, like you don’t
Nobody is as stupid as me, like me

You and I did it again, you know we’re a mess
We got hurt, hurt like Vasco
And you stay my home
Even if your name is gone on the intercom

You wanted me to take you to the moon
But if you break the broken mirror you are bad luck
Just bad luck, but what bad luck

I would kiss you on this last piece again
Let’s pretend again, pretend the apartment isn’t burning down
While I die inside

And even tonight I fall back on it
I know I’m a mess
But you know nobody is like you, like you are not
And I just wanted you, only you

You and I did it again, you know we’re a mess
It’s just that we are hurt, hurt like Vasco
And I only needed you, only you, yeah
But instead you don’t need me anymore

Honeymoon in the Canaries

In August 2018, an over-indebtedness commission declared “Admissible” the new referral from Mr. Z, SNCF employee on disability: although in 2010 he benefited from a rescheduling of his repayments over eight years, he still owes 17,000 euros. As its monthly charges (1,507 euros) are greater than its resources (1,237 euros), the committee considers its situation to be “Irreparably compromised”. She informs him of her intention to cancel her debt, if no creditor objects.

Alas, Crédit Mutuel contests this decision, with the judicial court of Valenciennes (North). He argues that, on September 25, 2018, Mr. Z received a transfer of 4,000 euros from La Française des Jeux, that he did not report it to the commission, and that he did not do so. used to reimburse, partially, its creditors. Crédit Mutuel claims that Mr. Z has thus shown “Bad faith”, what the court admitted on August 20, 2020, and confirmed by the Douai Court of Appeal on October 21. She judges Mr. Z’s case “Inadmissible”.

Spanish police were alerted on Tuesday to an alleged situation of gender-based violence after a woman made a hand gesture for help.

When stopping a car at an alcohol and drug control in Cáceres, Guardia Civil agents saw the woman, who was traveling with her husband and a baby, making a gesture of help with one hand. The practice, which involves closing the hand with the thumb under the remaining fingers, was popularized on social networks.

Police removed the woman from the vehicle and questioned her in private, with the Spanish woman confirming that she was being threatened by her husband, according to a statement from the Guardia Civil. In fact, days before, the husband would have grabbed his wife by the neck during a disagreement.

The agents immediately notified Central 062, responsible for cases of alleged mistreatment of gender-based violence, and the driver of the vehicle was arrested.

A simple gesture to save lives

The gesture, which has been popularized on social media, can be used when someone is in danger, according to the Canadian Women’s Foundation. The victim raises the hand with the palm facing outwards, places the thumb under the other fingers and closes the hand.

The campaign, called “Signal of Help”, spread to social networks in 2020, during the first confinements resulting from the covid-19 pandemic, in an attempt to address the increase in domestic violence. The goal was to give victims a way to ask for help through a non-verbal cue.
